It’s a weekly invitation to be still and connect to God, yourself, and others.

It’s a space to discuss what it means to “get into action” and “follow Jesus in practical ways” through conversations centered on the teachings of Jesus, 12-step spirituality, and the mystery of Christ.

The meeting format is made for participation. Among other things, we make time for check-ins, a topic introduction, group reflection, sharing “experience, strength, and hope”, and taking communion together.

You will have the opportunity to pick something up (i.e. inspiration, encouragement, enlightenment) and lay something down (i.e. shame, hopelessness, addiction).

Our hope is that you will leave with a sense of hope, peace and belonging that will help you face the week ahead.
